In honor of the legendary Josephine Baker and 1948 Gold Medalist Alice Coachman, we are thrilled to feature an exclusive interview with the incredible gymnast, Wendy Hilliard! 🤸‍♀️🏅

Wendy Hilliard has been a trailblazer in women’s, Olympic, and community sports. She was the first Black gymnast to represent the United States globally and served a record-setting nine times on the Rhythmic Gymnastics National Team, including twice as National Team Captain. Wendy competed in three World Championships and the 1984 Olympic Trials, traveling to over 15 countries. She coached 1996 Olympian Aliane Baquerot Wilson and earned the prestigious title of Master of Sport. In 2008, Wendy was inducted into the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame. 🌟🌍
