Arts, Culture, Cuisine, Stars… Join us for a celebration of African-American creative excellence in Paris – featuring films, music, art, food and more. This will be a unique and historical event at the Paris 2024 Summer Olympic and Paralympics Games.
In Honor of the 2024 Summer Olympics, African American Weekend Salutes all of the athletes that will be participating in this years’ program. In addition, we pay tribute to all of the African Americans who have voyage to France and paved the way for many athletes and entertainers today. We salute Global Icon Josephine Baker.

Featuring: Sampling the Sunds and Tastes of New Orleans, courtesy of The Southern Food and Beverage Museum.
Featuring: A Special dining event to celebrate Black culinary excellence in France since 1785. Host: Shannon Lanier.
Featuring: A live performance to celebrate Hip-Hop coming to Paris, its American influences and French identity.
